Finished in black, it provides users and security professionals with clear visual confirmation of security events directly through the Ajax system.
The integrated camera captures images at resolutions up to 960 × 720 pixels, helping make important details such as faces, clothing, and text clearer when reviewing an event. HDR technology improves colour, contrast, and overall image balance, helping prevent important areas from appearing excessively bright or dark.
With a motion detection range of up to 12 metres, the detector provides effective coverage across homes, offices, shops, warehouses, and other commercial environments. Advanced software algorithms analyse detected movement to help minimise false alarms.
Superior MotionCam HD (PhOD) supports four different types of photo verification: by alarm, by scenario, on demand, and by schedule. Photo on Demand allows authorised users to request an image of the protected area through the Ajax app, subject to configured privacy permissions.
Using the high-speed TurboWings radio protocol, the first photo can be delivered in approximately 4.5 seconds, helping users and monitoring professionals quickly assess an alarm. Photos captured at the maximum 960 × 720 resolution can be delivered in approximately 16 seconds.
Integrated infrared illumination enables useful images to be captured in low-light and dark environments, extending visual verification beyond daylight conditions.
