Featuring a 7-inch IPS touch display (1024 × 600) and a sleek metal front panel, it delivers an intuitive, high-quality interface for managing calls, unlocking doors, monitoring cameras, and controlling system functions.

With built-in Hik-Connect app support, users can receive calls, view live feeds, and remotely unlock doors from their mobile devices. Powered via IEEE802.3at PoE, the unit supports both surface and flush mounting for flexible installation.

The DS-KH8381-WTE1 also supports up to 16 linked indoor extensions, elevator control integration, and offers a wide range of interfaces including alarm inputs, RS-485, relay outputs and a TF card slot, making it suitable for advanced intercom setups.
